YW in Excellence

This week has been busy.  I have been working on a craft, but it isn't finished yet.  So, I wanted to share the activity we did for YW in Excellence.

This year we wanted to showcase each of the girls individually by"  Rolling Out the Red Carpet"  and holding a grand FASHION SHOW.  We asked each of the Young Women to design a hat with some of the experiences/value projects that had completed throughout the year.  Each girl (about 30) wrote a paragraph describing their hat that we read as they walked the catwalk.

The girls weren't so sure about this idea at first, but I think when all was said and done they really enjoyed the activity.
